Womentia Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Womentia. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility Window

Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged due to hygiene or personalization reasons:

Sale/Clearance Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or deeply discounted.

Personal Care/Hygiene Products: Earrings, Lingerie, Swimwear, opened cosmetics.

Custom-Made/Personalized Items: Products made specifically for your order.

Gift Cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, please email our Customer Service team at hello@womentia.com within the 7 day window.

Provide Information: In your email, please include:

Your Order Number.

The Item(s) you wish to return.

The Reason for the return (e.g., incorrect size, damaged, not satisfied).

Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping

Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), Womentia will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind/Size Issues: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15-20 business days.

Original Shipping Charges: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product, please indicate this when you initiate the return process. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at hello@womentia.com and provide:

A detailed description of the damage/defect.

Photographic evidence of the damage.
We will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
