Womentia Refund & Return Policy

At Womentia, customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. As we deal in personal care, intimate, and hygiene-related products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns & No Refunds (Hygiene Policy)

🚫 All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used, opened, worn, or tried-on products cannot be resold, even if used briefly.

This applies to all customers without exception.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Lingerie, shapewear, innerwear

  • Earrings, body accessories

  • Swimwear

  • Cosmetic or skin-contact products

  • Sale / clearance items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

⚠️ Even unused items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, as hygiene integrity cannot be verified.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.

Please ensure you check size, color, product description, and address details carefully before placing your order.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Exception Only)

We only offer support if the issue is caused by us.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@womentia.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for verification)

📌 After verification:

  • We may offer a replacement of the same item only

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at Womentia’s discretion

Claims raised after 48 hours or without proof will not be accepted.


5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events are not eligible for refunds.

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error will not qualify for refund or reshipment.
