Womentia Shipping Policy

At Womentia, we are committed to getting your beautiful garments to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand our process and timelines.


1. Order Processing Time

The time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within [1-3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after [2:00 PM IST] on a business day, or anytime on a weekend/holiday, will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be extended to [3-5] business days. We appreciate your patience.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Country, e.g., India])

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select pin codes for orders up to a maximum value of [₹3,000]. A non-refundable COD fee of [₹50] applies to all COD orders.

  • Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment the order is shipped (after the processing time).


3. International Shipping

Currently, Womentia ships to select international locations, including [List Countries/Regions, e.g., USA, Canada, UAE].

  • International Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically [10-20] business days, but can vary significantly depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

  • Customs Duties, Taxes, & Fees: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Womentia has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.


4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package.

  • The tracking number will be active within [24 hours] of receiving the email.


5. Shipping Issues (Damages, Loss, or Delay)

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@womentia.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Delays: Womentia is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, natural disasters, or customs.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

  • We reserve the right to deny shipping to certain regions due to unreliable courier service.
